More about me
I'm Ana Waddington Bettencourt, a seasoned Producer with over a decade of experience. Currently, I'm dedicated to driving success at Super Evil Megacorp, where I contribute to delivering outstanding gaming experiences.
From my earliest memories, gaming has ignited my passion. Titles like Mario and Tetris sparked my fascination, but it was Final Fantasy VIII that revealed the transformative power of storytelling in games. Even today, classics like Worms and Dragon Force continue to captivate me.
At around 11 years old, I began crafting my own games, collaborating with my older brother to design mechanics and narratives inspired by our imagination and LEGO creations. These days I am fascinated by what was done in some of Telltale's titles or products like Life is Strange and Detroit: Become Human. It’s amazing how you can use game mechanics to pass a strong message.
When the last games of Rayman came out (Origins and Legends), I was so overwhelmed by the wonderful graphics and the engaging gameplay that I decided I shouldn’t waste any more time. I set myself up for the task and started a new IP – Beetle’s Land.
In 2017 I joined Miniclip as a Product Manager and worked there for nearly 2 years assisting many of the big titles and owning games such as SJL and Doodle Army 2: Mini Militia, which allowed me to gain experience in turned-based and real-time multiplayer games.
Currently, I'm immersed in the world of TMNT: Splintered Fate at Super Evil Megacorp, fulfilling a childhood dream of contributing to a Turtles game. This role allows me to leverage my expertise across narrative, 3D art, and audio, shaping an unforgettable gaming experience.
As a Producer, I cherish the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, bringing together diverse expertise to craft cohesive, captivating gaming experiences. My ultimate goal is to resonate with players by delivering remarkable games and weaving compelling narratives.
