Manager Producer of TMNT: Splintered Fate - Co-op Roguelike

  •  Currently the Producer responsible for platform expansion - Nintendo Switch, PC (Steam, Epic Games), etc.;

  • Report progress and risk on the roadmap to stakeholders, contributing to product strategy development;

  • Collaborate closely with partners to uphold intellectual property (IP) integrity;

  • Lead multiple production pods including the ones responsible for all Narrative, Art and Audio in the game;

  • Partner with the Creative Director and writer to ensure gameplay alignment;

  • Ensure timely project delivery, identifying and resolving pipeline issues to mitigate obstacles;

  • Report to stakeholders on roadmap progress and risk, contributing to the product strategy;

  • Supervise two Pods comprised of Engineers, Designers, Artists, and QA;

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines and teams;

  • Ensure the team meets deadlines, raise awareness and eliminate pipeline issues to remove roadblocks;

  • Manage release processes to ensure successful game launch;

Producer of Realm of the Mad God - MMO

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines, teams, and  stakeholders;

  • Roadmap owner: Manage risks and establish risk mitigation;

  • Help the Executive Producer, Product Owner and Lead Developer to make informed decisions: development pipeline, priorities, available resources and product quality;

  • Raise awareness of issues and help remove roadblocks;

  • Schedule and coordinate details for all necessary meetings and ensure completion of action items across Development, Design, LiveOps and CS teams;

  • Ensure the team meets deadlines within the budget;

  • Constantly implementing new processes using Agile Methodology to continuously improve the team’s velocity and collaboration;
